Urban Building Economy - Deep Dive CCH Regulatory Framework

This documents aims to give cities/regions a first overview of the regulatory landscape, an initial framework has been developed to map the key legal and regulatory aspects relevant to the development and implementation of CCHs and the reuse of building materials. This review aims to identify existing legal frameworks, gaps, and opportunities to support policy strategies that can foster a circular construction economy.
