Stakeholder Engagement

PDA Phase 1

This phase focuses on identifying, activating, and engaging the key stakeholders required to initiate and support the project. It brings together public authorities, private actors, and other relevant partners to create a shared understanding of the project vision and its potential value.

Early engagement helps surface expectations, interests, and potential conflicts, allowing them to be addressed proactively. Continuous alignment throughout this phase ensures that roles, responsibilities, and contributions are clearly defined and coordinated. Building trust and securing early buy-in are critical to enable smooth collaboration in later phases.

Goal: Establish a committed and aligned stakeholder base that provides the foundation for successful project development.
