Feasibility and Scoping
PDA Phase 3
This phase refines the preferred project concept by deepening and testing initial assumptions in greater detail. The technical design, operational setup, and partnership structure are further developed and specified. Data is deepened, and key parameters are adjusted to reflect realistic conditions.
At the same time, early commitments from key stakeholders are secured to strengthen the project’s credibility. The scope of the project is progressively narrowed to focus on a viable and implementable solution that fits the local context.
This phase ensures that the project moves from a broad concept to a clearly defined and actionable model.
Goal: Define a clear, feasible, and context-specific project scope that can be developed into a robust model.
