Technical Model Design
CCH Toolbox Module
Module description
In the Technical Model Design module the focus is placed on planning the physical layout, logistical processes, and digital components required for efficient material handling and traceability. It ensures that site identification and technical setup meet safety and environmental requirements while optimising the flow of prioritised materials.
Key Question: How should the CCH be physically, technically, and digitally designed to enable efficient material flows?
Goal: Define a technically feasible and context-specific setup aligned with local conditions and operational requirements.
Why
A well-designed technical concept ensures safe, efficient, and transparent operations while enabling traceability and circular value creation.
What
- Identify suitable sites and spatial configurations
- Define infrastructure and equipment requirements
- Design material flow processes
- Establish digital tools and data systems
How
Develop the concept through three interconnected modules: site identification and spatial planning, infrastructure and equipment, and material flow management with digital tools. Continuously align technical decisions with operational and business model requirements.
